Terms & Conditions
Effective date: September 8, 2026
TrimSite Audits is operated by Chad Clatterbuck, an individual seller based in Kentucky, USA. By using this website or buying an audit, you agree to these terms.
Who you are contracting with
The service described here is provided by Chad Clatterbuck, trading as TrimSite Audits. Throughout these terms, “we” and “us” mean Chad Clatterbuck, and “you” means the person or business using the service.
If you continue to use TrimSite Audits, you accept these terms. If you are using the service for a business, you confirm you are allowed to accept these terms on its behalf. If you are using it as an individual, you confirm you are of legal age to enter a contract.
What we provide
TrimSite Audits reviews publicly available pages on a website you submit and produces a report about how clearly those pages present your business.
- A free scan that reviews a limited number of pages and shows a partial result.
- A Full Digital Waste Audit for a one-time payment of $19 USD, which reviews more pages and unlocks the complete report.
- There is no subscription and no recurring billing. The $19 audit is a single, one-time purchase.
Websites you submit
You are responsible for making sure you own, operate, or are otherwise authorised to have the website you submit scanned. Do not submit a website you have no permission to analyse. We only read pages that are publicly reachable; we do not attempt to access private, password-protected, or restricted areas.
Findings are informational only
Audit findings are informational recommendations based on your website’s public content and automated analysis. They are not professional, legal, financial, or marketing advice, and they do not replace your own judgement.
We do not guarantee any particular outcome. Specifically, we make no promise about search engine rankings, traffic, leads, sales, conversions, revenue, or any other business result. Automated analysis can occasionally be wrong, incomplete, or in need of human judgement, and you should review each recommendation before acting on it.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the service unlawfully, fraudulently, or to send spam;
- submit websites you are not authorised to have scanned;
- abuse or work around scan limits, rate limits, or free-scan restrictions;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the service, other customers' audits, or any related systems;
- probe, scrape, overload, or otherwise interfere with the normal operation or security of the service;
- resell, redistribute, or reverse engineer the service or its reports without our permission.
Ownership
Content on any website you submit remains the property of its respective owner. We claim no ownership over it and use it only to produce your audit.
TrimSite Audits owns the service itself, including the software, interface, scoring approach, report structure and format, wording, branding, and related materials. You get a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to view and use the audit you purchased for your own business purposes.
Payment
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
Payment, billing, tax, and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle’s Buyer Terms. Our own refund window is described in our Refund Policy.
Availability and changes
We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, always available, or free of errors. We may change, suspend, or discontinue the service, or any part of it, at any time. We may also suspend or end your access if you materially breach these terms, do not pay, create a security or fraud risk, or repeatedly or seriously misuse the service.
Warranties and liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special losses, including lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or lost goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury where the law does not allow it to be excluded.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky and the applicable federal laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled by the state or federal courts located in Kentucky, and you and we each agree to that venue.
General
You may not transfer your rights under these terms without our consent. We may transfer ours as part of a sale or reorganisation of the business. Neither of us is responsible for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest continues to apply.
