Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with your Full Digital Waste Audit, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase date. There is no subscription and no recurring charge, so there is nothing to cancel.

Refund requests made more than 14 days after purchase fall outside this policy, and we cannot promise a refund in that case.

Payments for TrimSite Audits are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles billing questions and refunds for every order.

• Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout.
• Request a refund for the Full Digital Waste Audit within 14 days of purchase.
• Keep your order confirmation email handy — it contains the receipt Paddle needs to find your purchase.

Because the audit is a digital report that is delivered immediately, refund requests may be reviewed for signs of abuse, fraud, chargeback misuse, or a repeated pattern of buying and refunding audits. We keep this simple and fair: honest requests inside the 14-day window are honoured, and only clear misuse is declined.

If a purchase is refunded or charged back, access to that paid audit ends. Your free scan results are unaffected.
